TRAINING OVERVIEW

Here at R. Johnson Creations we offer a wide variety of highly skilled training offer in 7 and 10 week programs. Why is training so long? Well that's a good question, R. Johnson Creations we pride ourselves on work ready and safe drivers. We highly exceed the state and federal standards. We have a proven method for students to earn there CDL License. All students will be tested multiple times throughout the course and we do this on purpose.

Students come to us and see different information covering everything from Emergencies all the way to your everyday driving down the road.

-----

What does training look like?
Week 1: The Introduction

Students will complete proper ELDT - Entry Level Driver Training Programs) at the end of the week Trainees will sit their first three major exams. ELDT - For each endorsement, Road Signs; Signals; and law. and general CDL Knowledge.

Week 2 and 3: Range and Simulator weeks

During these two weeks we will start to see an increase in the difficulty as we start to introduce the federal CDL Road Test. During this two weeks students will complete and pass the range skills course prior to being allowed to go out onto the public road. Why? The reason we do this is because we want to reduce the number of potential accidents, or incidents that may occur on the road. Since this implementation of this policy we have seen a 90 percent reduction of on road incidents that do happen.  Well students are working on the range, If it is available students will complete up to 90 hours in a simulator, practicing anything and everything That you could see out on the road and this prepares students for the worst cases. These Items MUST be passed prior to moving into the next portion of the class. We do this for major safety reasons and this is what makes us the best.

Week 4 and 5: Public Road

Well these two weeks are solely dedicated to students going out on the road and putting everything they learned to the test. Under the watchful eye of one of our highly Trained R. Johnson Creations Trainers students will go through city, Highway, rural and night driving to prepare them for there careers.

Weeks 6 and 7: Completion of road time and Road test prep: (IF YOUR COMPANY HAS COOSEN THE SHORT CLASS)

During these weeks we will finish up any road time and certify students on there night time driving with an overnight drive. We will then head back onto the range to practice for the CDL Road Test.

--------

If your Company Chooses the long form program students will do road time for weeks 6,7,8 and then work on the CDL Road test on weeks 9 and 10 students will then test either at there home state or at one of three spots or in Wisconsin with our third Party testing partner.
